Scouting East West Shrine and Senior Bowls

MLFB’s Head of Football Operations Mike McCarthy completed a successful scouting trip at the East West Shrine and Senior Bowl games.  “Getting in front of some of the players we think will fit into our league is critical.  As a development league, some of these players will benefit from another year or two of coaching up.  That is exactly what MLFB is here for,” McCarthy states.

While in Mobile, he met with officials of the University of South Alabama’s Athletic Department regarding the use of their brand new stadium for a prospective MLFB team in that locale. The stadium is the site of the Senior Bowl and has a 25,000 seat capacity with state of the art multi-media capabilities.
